Walt Disney buys Marvel Entertainment for $ 4 billion
Under the deal, Walt Disney gets rights for 5 thousand of popular cartoon characters, including "Spider-Man," "Iron Man," "Captain America" and others.
Under the agreement, shareholders of Marvel receive $30 in cash plus 0,745 shares of Disney for each paper company.
Thus, based on the value of Disney shares at closing of market on August 28, Marvel, each paper is estimated at $50.
The deal already approved by the boards of directors of two companies, but must obtain permission antitrust regulators.
